Czech for foreigners — clear and practical

Courses, exercises, grammar and preparation for Czech language exams.

Czech A1 for beginners

Are you starting to learn Czech?

You will learn basic vocabulary, simple sentences and questions, the most common Czech verbs, and the fundamentals of Czech grammar.

Level A1 is designed for people who need to start communicating in everyday situations — for example when shopping, travelling, introducing themselves, or using simple Czech at work.

Czech A2 for elementary learners

If you already understand the basics of Czech, level A2 will help you expand your vocabulary and handle everyday communication more confidently.

You will practise Czech grammar, verb conjugation, declension, reading, listening, writing and speaking.

Czech B1

At level B1, you learn to use Czech more independently.

You develop the ability to express opinions, describe experiences, communicate at work, and understand longer texts and conversations.

The course also includes systematic reinforcement of Czech grammar and vocabulary.

Czech B2

Advanced Czech requires not only a broader vocabulary, but also more accurate grammar and the ability to adapt your language to different situations.

At level B2, we focus on more demanding texts, argumentation, writing, understanding spoken Czech, and expressing yourself more naturally.
